Chuck Bokman has been guiding complex transformation programmes for over 25 years.
Starting 12 Years ago, when he became a Partner in PwC Switzerland, Chuck has helped top Private Banks and Wealth Managers to upgrade CRM, Banking, and RM Desktop systems, comply with new regulations like EMIR, Fatca, and Mifid II, protect their data, and deliver digital strategies for RM's and clients of the bank.
Since moving to Asia in 2015 to open the Capco Consulting's Singapore office, he has created or rebuilt Financial Services consultancies at Accenture (Asean), Synechron (APAC), most recently working with Sionic to build their footprint in Asia.
As client service partner for industry leading banks like HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) , Julius Baer (Singapore), Credit Suisse (Singapore), and Standard Chartered, Chuck helped to deliver a full array of consulting services for some of their most mission critical programmes.
Chuck now focuses on the key aspects of delivery for his clients, where the areas are grey, the orchestration gets difficult, the promises are suspect, and where a steady pair of hands are needed to shore up the outcomes and timelines.
He brings with him a network of resources, and specialists and an understanding of the vendor relationships that will deliver results.
